I created that issue earlier today - I hadn't considered then that maybe the colon shouldn't be there at all in the Simple dictionary format.
As you say, the displaced colon problem in MDL-27343 is theme related and occurs also in the Continuous without author format where the colon itself can be justified - though not essential in my opinion.
If no one has a justification for the colon after the concept, I'll create a new issue tomorrow.

I do this a lot. I use Dewplayer and paste the following code into the exercise.

Here's an example in Moodle 1.9.11 with the exercise presented through QuizPort (the WebRhubarb source code has been modified in several ways): Reorganising the cleaners. I'm using the .htm file because of the modified source code.

Hi Gordon,
While explaining that questions can be times in QuizPort, I noticed a typo: Adding a new post-condton
I also notice that after clicking on the ? to get some help, the help window replaced the Adding a new post-condition window, so that when I closed it, I lost the Adding a new post-condition window and had to start over again. I realise that this happens because the Adding a new post-condition window is itself a popup window. It's maybe not possible for a a popup window to generate another popup window. Hope I'll remember next time to do a right click on the ? and make it open in a new window.

Hi Mark,
You can do this with the third party module QuizPort in Moodle 1.9 by adding the necessary post-conditions. You will be able to do it in Moodle 2 when QuizPort, renamed TaskChain becomes available.
