Hi Urs,

Since the problem seems linked to your "fake block" it's impossible for us to test it if we don't have that "fake block" on our system.

You don't say which theme you are using (core or add-on or custom). Does the problem occur with all themes or only some?

Anyway, I would agree that it does not seem logical to have 2 login calls in the view.php file. Feel free to create an issue (and report the issue reference in this discussion).

Joseph

ben "The annoying trick to Lesson is that the jump is set by default to "This page," which won't take you anywhere."

Wrong. That is only true of Content pages. For Question pages, the default is set to Next page.

Hi mart,

I expect you have good reasons to ask for this but... I'm personally very much against media (video, audio) that plays automatically when I arrive on an Internet site. When this happens, I "automatically" leave those sites.

The end-user should always be given the right to start/view/stop a media.

@Heddy,

I am replying to your question further to the discussion you started in the Quiz forum here.

The Questionnaire plugin/add-on would be suitable for your purposes. However this plugin does not include the "compare data" feature you require. I suggest the following workaround.

Create a Questionnaire with all the questions you need. Set it so students can submit more than once. If you need a fixed interval of time between submissions, make your questionnaire available first until a certain date, then close it then re-open it.

When the students have submitted twice (or more if needed), export all the date (responses) as text. In your favourite spreadsheet, import the responses file and manipulate the data to make the calculations. Here are some screenshots showing parts of the process.
