It should be pretty easy to make a hack to prevent the display of all labels (irrespective of their contents) on the report pages. Please say if what you want is to remove the labels from those report pages I have highlighted in red, and retain labels on the other (All responses) report pages.

The branching system of the Moodle Questionnaire plugin is based on a simple branching logic, which does not allow child questions to have more than one parent question.
The Qualtrics survey software that is displayed in your screenshot is a paying software, which only does surveys, and it cannot be compared to a simple free, open-source add-on such as the Moodle Questionnaire.
