If you mean the Dark Blue theme, the plugins repository only has versions supporting Moodle versions up to 2.4. And you say you are using Moodle 2.6, which might explain your problem. I suggest you contact the Dark Blue theme maintainer John St.

This looks like a Theme issue. It seems that your overall window is too narrow. Which version of Moodle and which visual theme are you using?

Thanks for your help, Andreas and Nicolas.
Andreas, your method works, but as I need to keep my two arrays separate, after the merge I still would need a loop to extract the names from the sortedarray. So I will stick with my method.
