Hi Victoria,
There is no option to install Questionnaire on a Moodle 4.5 version, because there is no release for that version. However, you can download it and install it from the downloaded ZIP file.
On a Moodle 4.5 site, Questionnaire works OK except for an annoying display bug when editing questions. It can be easily fixed, see this discussion: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=463097#p1859254
Unfortunately at the time of speaking it seems that Questionnaire is no longer actively maintained, and it has a long list of unsolved Issues on its GitHub.
I've done this before, but still need some help here... I want to write the documentation for my new "Guess It" question type. When editing a question of that type on my local Moodle site, I have clicked on the Documentation for this page link, was told that the page did not exist (of course) and was invited to create it.
Now that page https://docs.moodle.org/405/en/question/type/guessit exists (with minimal doc in it). But I would like it to be re-directed to a page with a better title, e.g. "Guess It question type". How do I do that?
And where exactly is the documentation on how to use the documentation in Moodle? i.e. how to create and edit pages, how to translate them, etc
