No, the display is OK on my desktop PC with Chrome, Firefox and MS Edge browsers. It's OK too on my Samsung Galaxy tablet. It's OK when I simulate various devices on my Chrome browser.

I don't own a Mac. Have you tried on other Macs? other devices? other browsers?

I've clicked on that link, clicked on the "go to full screen" button at the bottom right, and the video is displayed full screen with no "terrible scrollbars" at all!

So I can't reproduce your problem...
