I've been experimenting with your Questionnaire and I do agree that the graph display is not coherent with the results values... I'll try to find a solution and post a bug report is needed.
However, as I thought, the Osgood scale is not the most appropriate choice for your questionnaire. I've managed to get better results by using the default Type of rate scale =Normal option. I've attached the modified questionnaire and a screenshot below.
Unfortunately you don't say anything about the purpose of your questionnaire, so I anticipated that there might be more than 2 "categories" to it, and added a 3rd one, namely "arts". As you will see, the Bipolar bars is not suited, you have a choice of Horizontal bars / Rose chart types.
