I've been experimenting with your Questionnaire and I do agree that the graph display is not coherent with the results values... I'll try to find a solution and post a bug report is needed.

However, as I thought, the Osgood scale is not the most appropriate choice for your questionnaire. I've managed to get better results by using the default Type of rate scale =Normal option. I've attached the modified questionnaire and a screenshot below.

Unfortunately you don't say anything about the purpose of your questionnaire, so I anticipated that there might be more than 2 "categories" to it, and added a 3rd one, namely "arts". As you will see, the Bipolar bars is not suited, you have a choice of Horizontal bars / Rose chart types.

It's really difficult to try to re-construct your actual questionnaire without having the exact details of the contents of your questions, feedback sections, etc. My feeling is that you have misunderstood the way the Osgood option works in Questionnaire, but we'll see.

Could you please export your questionnaire (with questions in English) and attach it to your next reply here (or send it to me by e-mail if you prefer).

Moodle 4.1 fonctionne très bien sur un PHP 8.0. J'ai un Moodle 4.1.1 sous PHP Version 8.0.12 chez GANDI qui est OK.

Quand tu dis "quand je passe en version php 8.0 ..." ça veut dire que chez o2switch tu as choisi un hébergement en PHP 8.0 ? Tu peux revenir en arrière ? Chez GANDI on ne peut pas revenir en arrière, c'est pourquoi j'ai soigneusement testé tous mes sites en local sous PHP 8 avant de demander à GANDI de passer de PHP 7 à PHP 8.
