I'm afraid it's difficult to understand your problem, simply because your H5P activity does not make sense. I've taken the liberty to create a more meaningful H5P Drag & Drop activity (attached). I've created this same Drag & Drop activity both using the H5P core activity (the Blue icon), and the H5P plugin (the Black icon identified as Interactive Content). Here's what it looks like with the Blue icon.

With my activity I can confirm that there seems to be a problem with the Moodle H5P core activity reporting. If a student answers correctly and get a score of 4/4, the reporting looks different in the H5P contributed plugin and in the Moodle core H5P, as can be seen in the screenshots below:

The report for the H5P plugin shows Computer and Tulip both correctly entered in the Not animals Dropzone.

The report for the H5P core activity does not display the Tulip as having been entered in the Not animals Dropzone.

More testing is needed, after which a bug report should be entered.

• 'délier' ces activités ? - Dans quel but ?
  
• saisir les implications d'utiliser une instance liée ? Je ne comprends pas la question !
