Just tried it, works fine. Brilliant. When I think that you must have knocked this out in a couple of hours whilst it took me more than 3 full days to produce my little block...
Just goes to show that there are always more than one way to do things. It is also a good reminder that the database activity can do more than its name implies, and is probably a neglected resource.

Hi Dan,
Not quite sure what you mean by "Senior staff would like to see this as % values." Could you post here (or send me) a short extract from your response data txt file and explain in more detail what you are seeing now and what you would like to see instead?
PS. I am no longer using Excel but Open Office.
No idea, Steve. We need more details. Does this problem only occur in glossaries created prior to latest updating? What about creating a fresh glossary and adding entries? Please experiment some more and report here.
