Very good.  I realy like the catagory and course layout.  One problem with the journal grading for which I filed a bug report. When I check the grades I get:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/www/moodle/mod/journal/lib.php on line 187

I changed the grading to numerical and the error disappeared.  The error is only there with the scale:.

After I upgraded this is how all my journal were set.

 

Assigning a course to each student or group will give the students an exelent work space if you have the resources. There are however a few objections as to not needed options  as follows:

• Teachers Forum   ( This would remove the private forum from Teachers only)
• Grade   (Not realy needed
• Settings (Not realy needed)

If these could be removed in a special module that would be great!

One way to import WebCT quizes is to use Respondus, a quiz program.

1. Obtaining and installing Respondus 2.0
2. Retrieving questions with your WebCT "Personality"
3. Changing "Personalities"
4. Publishing questions to Blackboard course
5. Import the Blackboard quiz to Moodle

Respondus also supports ecollege and IMSQT1 1.1

I found this site: http://www.l40.net/  they provide an automated and quick Moodle install, 500Mb of disk space for $7.50 US  seems like a good deal and make it easy for everone to install Moodle
