Yes I still get that same error.

If, however, you change it for one student to "T" or "A" the error will go away.

This is meant to be a "private" location. The student in the "settings" should set it to let no students in.

Yes, they can share files but they can also Email each other files.

A better way would certainly be a place within the Moodle course.

I have created a teacher course page for each of my students (only 130). And I call this the "Students Virtual Office".   It is a bit of work but once it is set up it works great.

The ultimate solution would be to create a private place to store information for each student. I think this is planned for a later release.
