create 100 odd questions and add only 1 random question to quiz. this way each time quiz is opened by a user, he's likely to come across a new question each time.
BUT
if you want that each day, same question should be put up to the users and then the next day, you want to chnage the question to a different one but common to all users for that day then there are 2 options.
1. create a choice instead of the quiz. even that can show results. explore it.
2. otherwise, create a quiz with 1 question in some other course from a published category.
import it into the course where you want it 100 times. then you will have 100 quizzes ready. then tweak their question number and expiry dates.
this will take about 60-100 secs per quiz. so if you spent 10-12 minutes every week, you can have quizzes ready for the next week. is this too much ?

If you save it into text, then it exports in a tab delimited format which can be imported into excel on your local machine
