I think you are more likely to hit the right audience there.  Also a search of that forum might answer your question.

We have in the past had discussions about whether or not to have 'rules' and decided against it, apart from a policy on Advertising.  I think that Moodle is a self-regulating community and this discussion is an example of that.

One thing I would say is that, though English-speaking, this forum is international and I think that is worth bearing in mind. So thanks for making that point about the first photo Lee.
