The most recent updates to the SCORM module database are dated October 2023 (see https://github.com/moodle/moodle/blob/MOODLE_500_STABLE/mod/scorm/db/upgrade.php). However, the version of Moodle you upgrade from (4.3.12) is dated April 2025. There have been no schema changes since the version of Moodle you upgrade from. 

I'm not clear from the discussion you pointed to what version those changes were made in, but it must have been significantly prior to 4.3.12.

Why do you think there should be?

Which mobile browser is this? Have you tried different ones? Safari is known to have some idiosyncracies

"Select theme" under Boost to change theme. See if the problem persists. The point being to either incriminate the Moove theme or exclude it.

First step is to switch to the core Boost theme and see if it makes any difference.
