Ahh... good spot. Yes - it's not really a fork but a heavily modified version of Moodle that runs in parallel with Moodle versions.

It's sufficiently different that you should seek support from Iomad, I would think.

This infuriates me. It's not your browser, it's mine. If I want to make it full-screen I will. I found an HTML5 resource in a Moodle course that did this yesterday. I have a very big 5K monitor and it was suddenly like an IMAX experience - not in a good way

Not that I'm aware of. There may be some optional course format that does that - you'd need to look. I'm not familiar with every option in every optional module.
