Ok - a certificate is a specific thing. I don't use them at all but I think there is more than one way of creating them.

I just mean that if you back up *just* the activities from a course that generate your certificate, WITH user data, and then import them all into a single course... you'll have all the activities, users, and data in the same place.

No - there's no such thing as an "assessment" in Moodle, but if you mean things like Assignments and Quizzes they, and all their data, will be deleted along with the Course.

You could, however, do something creative with backup and restore (or Import) to move all the "assessments" you need to keep (along with the user data!) into a single course.

Are you talking about the Scheduler plugin?

what does a SELECT for that condition show? Also, is there no prefix (e.g. mdl_enrol rather than just enrol)?

Obviously, we can't see your database so we don't know if the data you expect is really there.

We're kind of going around in circles. Whatever it is, I'm 99% certain it's not something you'll fix in Moodle.
