There are loads of options under Assignment but....

* Teachers need to select the option to 'revert submission to draft' if it is already submitted
* Teachers are still under the control of the submission dates. So they may need to extend the cutoff date or give that student an extension, first.

Mmmm.... you've got me doubting myself, but that should not be the case. There's a capability for that ( 'view_hidden_courses'??) that's only given to teachers.

So, you've changed some role settings, somewhere to achieve that.

Is there no way of including the font files in the SCORM package?

In general, loading files from some random location (like you are trying to do) is a horrible thing from a security point of view. The browser is, not unreasonably, stopping you.

Anticipating silence...

I don't know anything about Storyline but a bit more info might help us. What is the output format of Storyline (SCORM, HTML, something else?). How are you using / embedding it in Moodle? What *does* appear in place of the text ("normal" text, missing image symbols, something else?). What does the developer console tell you - are there any errors displayed either in the console (red javascript errors) or in the network tab (error HTTP codes)?

 

Is there a minimal (small as possible) file you can attach that exhibits the issue so we can try?
