So how can I find the duplicate (how and where) and resolve this duplicate email field?

Hello folks.
we are using the 0365 plugin and EntraID to login and some users are experiencing this error, which is hard to troubleshoot, once they login to our Moodle
"Your email is not updated, because email address jsmith@ourschool.edu is already registered"
What does this mean and how I can fix this?
Email address is currently mapped to mail. or should we use UserPrincipalName (which is the right format it looks like - i.e. jsmith@ourschool.edu"

I enable it and created the teams site ahead of time in our sharepoint admin site.. yet the block shows
"The course is configured to be connected to a Team, but the group creation is pending."
I ran the scheduled task but nothing
I want to connect that teams document library to the user's file repository. I think this is the only way to connect to a sharepoint's document library that is from Teams, correct?
