Now get this... I was testing it as a site admin and thought might as well remove that role and see if it improves things... BUT NO...

I now get a different error message saying the resource cannot be found!:

Yes... what I don't know or is it clear to me is what or to whom were they referring to when the error message shows

"Exception - notAllowed: The operation failed because sharing has been disabled on this site."

When they say "disabled", on which "site" are they referring to?

Moodle server? If so, is there a setting that needs to turn on in Moodle setting?

OneDrive? A Global OneDrive policy across the organization that does not allow external sharing?

No problem… I find this forum thread way to be harder to follow unlike years ago lol
