Yes, that solves the upgrade problem neatly, yay!

Another advantage of this approach is that the documentation for all third-party modules will "just work". 

If someone comes with a "widget" module, all they need to do is click on the help buttons in their header and start adding documentation.  People who don't have the module won't see it, but anyone who installs the module will automatically find the latest help in the right place.

Actually, I don't think they do consume more space.  Just more ugliness. 

Let's just put cellspacing="0" everywhere we can ... you never know when someone will want to put a rounded corner somewhere.

Yes, just experimenting with that ... it's probably unnecessary since the emails are obfuscated, I'll turn it off again.  The way names are displayed is another of those little annoying things...
