Ah, your Moodle site is just trying to DOWNLOAD a list of already-registered hubs so you can choose one.
This should fail more nicely, and still allow you to use the other part of that form, where you type in the URL manually.
I created MDL-22662 for it.

At this point the new code should hit CVS on Monday.
Cheers, Basil. Thanks lots for getting involved, we really appreciate it.
Probably the best and most secure approach there is the portfolio export functions. The student would export the item to their portfolio (eg Mahara) and show it from there.
Hi Patricia,
You're in the right forum to start with!
Quite a lot of work is being done all the time to improve accessibility in Moodle. What version are you using?
Most of the current work is centered around these two reports: MDL-20409 and MDL-21607 Many of the patches are being tested here http://access.moodle.net/
There are other issues also in the Accessibility component in the tracker: http://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL/component/10083
The best way to work with us would be to identify the exact issues you want to be involved with, and to interact with us there in the tracker on them.
Cheers
