MOODLE_191 is now tagged and Moodle 1.9.1 is packaged and released. I updated MOODLE_19_WEEKLY to match it as well.
All remaining 1.9.1 bugs were pushed to 1.9.2.

Unfortunately events conspired against me today so the release is pushed to tomorrow. 
But look on the bright side, this gives us one more day to make it better!

Or, if you can take the performance hit, you could just turn on SSL for the whole site. But I think losing the login block is probably better. Just "turn editing on" in the home page.
edlin, never. I was using Unix and VMS long before I used DOS!
