Yes you really need to install LAMS 2.0 as well. The Moodle module just enables you to connect to a LAMS server.

S3 is one of the systems we're aiming to support natively with the new Repository API in Moodle 2.0.

Coors actually uses Moodle for their internal training, I believe.

As for the others, it's really hard to know where to draw the line. Any suggestions?
