I didn't see much discussion on this here lately.

How are you using AI as part of your Moodle-related code development?   Do you use a Copilot in your IDE?  Do you use ChatGPT direct?  Have you ingested the full Moodle codebase and all the docs into your own local LLM and created autonomous agents to do all your work for you?  wink

Let's talk about what's working and what's not!

Correct, we should always make sure others know when we use AI.

In the Moodle AI Principles this is called "Transparency" and it's one of the most important ones since it's something every single one of us needs to remember.

Yes that's huge.

Well noticed, well done for your years of quiz wrangling, Tim, and well done to all you teachers (and students!) who have generated SO MANY QUIZ QUESTIONS in your registered Moodle sites.

(It's a long way now from the first version I wrote in a week in 2002 or so for a Saudi Arabian guy who paid me $600 to write it for Moodle because I'd not thought a quiz important enough to include in the first set of activity modules I wrote!  tongueout )

And yes, where is that question-sharing hub Tim?  smile

Visvanath, we're dealing with a crisis here. Please give us the benefit of the doubt.

We made hurried changes to help thousands of teachers get onto Moodle quickly to help millions of students (nearly 1 billion in total according to UNESCO, and they were sending them to moodle.org, which really sucks for most people and needs a big redesign).   Most of them are taking up free sites FYI, which COST us money.  Redesigning and hosting sites like this also costs money.
