I plan to tag and release Moodle 1.9.1 into the wild tomorrow.
We could really use all your help to fix as many outstanding 1.9 bugs as possible and test fixed ones.
Unfortunately events conspired against me today so the release is pushed to tomorrow. 
But look on the bright side, this gives us one more day to make it better!
Please keep anything except totally obvious reviewed fixes off the stable branch for one more day.

MOODLE_191 is now tagged and Moodle 1.9.1 is packaged and released. I updated MOODLE_19_WEEKLY to match it as well.
All remaining 1.9.1 bugs were pushed to 1.9.2.

I noticed that the version number hopped from 1.9.0.9 (2007101509) to 1.9.1.2 (2007101512). Is it for the main version of a release being never less than any module's version?
