Hi

Sorry to add this post about Direct link to this file again! But we are looking to totally remove this feature as our swf files do not display correcly before clicking on the link.

Where can I remove this feature?

Where else is this feature in Moodle?

Any help appreciated.

Hi,

If it is Moodle 1.9 you can comment line no 658 which is

echo "<div class=\"popupnotice\">(<a href=\"$fullurl\">$strdirectlink</a>)</div>";

in yoursite/mod/resource/type/file/resource.class.php
