We recently upgrade moodle from 1.84 to 1.9
Since then i cannot edit and of the courses that were already in the system.
It also will not allow me to use the gradebook
Seems like a permissions issue
i can however create new course without any problems it just wont allow me to do anything to the courses that were there before the upgrade
