I've been working with an instructor and helping get their power points into Moodle (We're using Moodle 1.9). However, when I download the power points, either as the teacher or as a student, I have to right click the file and append ".ppt" to the end of the file name in order to open it and view it's contents.
Is there a way to fix this? Also, the teacher has 9 power points, one for each chapter she teaches, and upon downloading each one they are named the exact same name "Chapter". They are not named that way within the file manager, they all have meaningful file names. Anybody know why this is? Can this be fixed as well?
