Are there any plans of adding some capabilties to the questionnaire module? At the moment, it does not have an access.php file that defines it own capabilities.
If now, l will be adding some to the version for Moodle 1.9 soon.
See the Questionnaire Refactoring post. Mike Churchward has added roles & capabilities to the new Questionnaire version for HEAD (currently version 2.0) (thanks to Gareth Morgan's work too, see Questionnaire: capabilities support). As soon as this has been thoroughly tested it will hopefully be backported to 1.9. Hope you can wait...
