"Shift-Click" to activate Chameleon-configuration does not work in Moodle 1.9
We had the same problem in 1.8.4 caused by something in de_utf8
We copied the 1.8.3 de_utf8 in 1.8.4 and the problem was gone. What to do in 1.9?
Installing 1.9. set
$THEME->chameleonenabled = false;
in chameleon config.php
Changed to true
$THEME->chameleonenabled = false;
in chameleon config.php
Changed to true
