I now have a Wiki with a zillion short pages (because the [] feature is so convenient). Now I want a hardcopy but I don't want to separately print a zillion pages. Is there any solution?
Why don't you look at the WikiNews module? If you edited it just a little to include all pages and sorted them to suit you you could do a full printout.
What is the WikiNews module?
A Module which does list all the pages. The problem is, that it does not render all the content so it would need some codimg.

I do not know about one page from which all the wiki's are present (Althrough I would accept it if it is the only way it can be done).
I would like the "option" like the "Book" mod in development which allows for printing of one chapter or of all the chapters.

The developers of the 'instiki' wiki have a nice solution for this (perhaps similar to the eWiki stuff, I'm not familiar with it).
