The latest version of CK-ERP includes quite a bit of improvement in the navigation bar area, including sectionalising the module icons, with verbal links going into each section.
There is a new link at ck-erp.org ( http://ck-erp.org/TUTORIAL%20on%20typical%20CK-ERP%20Work%20Flow.swf ) leading to a tutorial on typical CK-ERP work flow.
There is a new (Centre/SIS + CK-ERP) demo available at, http://ck-erp.org/ctrmysql/index.php . It is worth noting that this demo is running off a mysql backend.
