It would be nice to add to questionnaire the possibility to import questions.
In the page moodle/mod/questionnaire/manage_survey.php during question definition, and before its save, if I ask for a new answer line I miss the "optional questions name".

Question 1: I agree that this might be useful but it is currently not possible and won't be in the near future, as it would entail massive re-writing of this module. Martin D. suggested that the Feedback module should be based on a model similar to the Quiz module, and have a questions database to choose from. You can read this discussion here.
Question 2: Thanks for the bug report. I've entered it in the tracker as CONTRIB-187.
