How do I change the formated text of a resource or activity?

When I add a resource the text format usually looks like this: (Resource) xxxxxxxx or (Glossary) xxxxxxx
How can I remove the (Resource) of (Glossary) part of the text link?

E.g Forum Thinking About Internet Safety not Forum (Resource) Thinking About Internet Safety
