Windows 2003, Moodle Version: 1.8.2 (2007021520), PHP Version: 5.1.4
This problem occurs regardless of backing up or importing. The error message is always similar to below.
Warning : unlink(E:\Program Files\moodle/moodledata/temp/backup/1190914050/backup-testwo-20070927-1327.zip) [function.unlink]: Permission denied in E:\Program Files\moodle\moodle\backup\lib.php on line 134
An error occurred while cleaning up temporary data
The backup did not complete successfully
Moodle is able to create the directory structure in the temp/backup location but always has a problem deleting the .zip file and therefore the error message (or so it seems to me).
