When trying to add an entry to an existing wiki, I receive an "Unable to insert lock record" error. Anyone have an idea on what I can do to fix this problem?

Hi, I'm having this same problem and was wondering if you could be more specific about repairing the tables. Which tables required the repair and how did you determine there was something wrong with them?
Nevermind. The problem we were having was not table-related so much as the title field in the database has a 160char limit and my user was trying to set titles longer than that.
