I am using moodle 1.6. While editing the wikis, I don't see the formatting toolbar. My HTML mode is 'No HTML'. When I copy-pasted the source from the moodle docs main page, the formatting is working. I tried with Firefox2 and IE 6. I have attached a collage of 2 images showing this.
