I do not understand how do I fill or select the questions that I want to in a survey.
When I add a new survey, it just allow me to select a kind of survey, then fill a description.
But no place to fill the questions!!!

That's because the survey questions are pre-built. The type of survey selected determines the questions that are assigned automatically. As far as I know.
I believe Martin intends to add other survey types at a later date.
