Questionnaire (plugin)

Newbie here. I just installed Moodle this week, I am helping a reading project team set up some online quizzes and social interaction features, and WOW, this module was EXACTLY what we needed. FANTASTIC module, and I love the survey report!

We are teaching teachers who are piloting our new reading program, and the teachers will be reporting back to us about their implementation and student assessments. So, being able to administer the questionnaire on a regular basis, and compare results, just rocks our world.
