The problem is we did some local customisations to print_log_selector_form, which are obviously not in the copied function. I am not going to fix this properly, I am just going to switch back to using print_log_selector_form in course/report/log/index.php in OU Moodle for now, since we don't use the mnet stuff. I'll leave it up to someone else to do a proper fix.
