My site "lives" on a shared host and occasionally (twice in the last 3 months) I have gotten an error because to many connections existed on the server. Where can I change the error message that appears when Moodle cannot connect to the MySQL server?
I want to inform my students that this is the case through an error message like this:
"Due to an increased load on the Web Classroom server, your request for access has been terminated. Please try again in 1-3 minutes."
