Questionnaire (plugin)

Hi, I have got a questionnaire on my Moodle site front page, however I have just noticed that even if I close the eye to make it hidden to users, if I log in as a user, they can still see the questionnaire name written in grey to show that it is hidden?

I duplicated this questionnaire to see if it produced the same results (so I now have 2 questionnaires on the front page, one in the main 'menu block' and another in the 'topic section' above the news/course/category list) and still each time I login, I can see the grey questionnaire name. However if I simply log out of Moodle, the hidden questionnaire can't be seen.

Any ideas/ thoughts why please?
