Conditional activities: Activity Locking for 1.8?

We are going to upgrade to 1.8. Will Activity Locking be available for that version? I realize it will be in 2.0 but would rather not wait that long. Thanks for everyone who has worked on this. It will save us A TON OF TIME on our self paced courses.

Hi Debra,
sorry for the delay, a small overload here.

I am using only moodle 1.6.1 at work. 1.7.1 and 1.8 will require that depreciated functions that activity locking use, will have to be replaced with appropriate new roles functions. Check that post to see the problems. Time always time! Maybe but no promise!

Thanks for your reply! That does help. I guess I will just have to be patient. Patience is not my best trait sonrisa. Activity locking will save us a TON of time, so I eagerly await its 1.8 arrival sonrisa Okay, I will stop taking up your time with forum posts!

Hi Michael,

as you guessed activity locking is not available for Moodle 1.8 yet. That table show the existing working combinasions.
