Courses and course formats

i have
- 500 normal users, which have 1-3 courses
- 1 super normal user, which have all courses (200)
- 20 teacher, add data
- 3 admin

the best, if i can set in settings, how can show curses structure:
[x] menu courses | courses - detail
[x] menu category only | courses - detail
[x] tree menu category+courses | courses - detail
