Does Moodle support this?

This is probably the wrong place to post this but I was wondering how configurable moodle is..
one of the things I want to do is have a large set of questions that users will get random sets of 10 questions but never the same ones. Should the user successfully answer all question in two quizes, they have completed the course.
Now this should be fairly straight forward since it does have the random functionality and also already stores the results.
Is it possible to add functionality like this easily?
thanks

The random questions from a question bank is not a problem. I use that feature all the time. As for completing 2 quizzes and completing the course, that part would have to be manual as there is currently nothing in standard Moodle to allow for conditional activities. I have read about but not played with Conditional Activities but you may be able to create 2 quizzes and once the user gets a 100 on each of them then they have access to another 3rd party contribution - the certificate module - to print a certificate demonstrating completion.
