SCORM

When importing a scorm package, created with eXe - which is using I-devices - we see a strange effect:
on top level (French) accents are correctly represented, on lower level SCORM-player looses the charset settings: it was utf-8 but now thinks that it is ISO. (you hardly can see it but under the popup you see Au dÃ(c)but instead of Au début.
In the source code it is correct if I look with ftp/WinScp (if you do not open and save in the WYSIWYG editor)

(And yes,ècole is a typo of the author )
