I've just gave you author access to it. I propose you to provide the community first the QuickReferences for the two filters. Then we could work on the more detailed tutorials.
Hmmm, I am just thinking about not squeezing all in one course but to separate it into four ones: TeX filter QuickReference, Algebra (Calc) QuickReference, TeX Tutorial, Algebra Tutorial. Seems to be more "natural".
