Just want to tell you all that some of my students could not log into their Netmondo-hosted Moodle site last night. They suddenly could not connect to the server. Weird.
They went to Netmondo's live help resource and were treated with courtesy, patience and respect, although they are total newbies and probably did not even know what questions to ask. Within one hour their problems were resolved and they felt very good about the whole episode.
I am impressed and just want to pass on a word of praise for other Moodlers to see.
