Well,it is almost Thanksgiving here in the US. It is a time of reflection and of gratitude.
I have much to be grateful for, and I know it. I know that I am among life's fortunate ones.
And somewhere quite high on my list of blessings are Moodle and the Moodle Community. It is a privilege and an honor to be a member of this special group of people and I sincerely wish ALL of you a happy, healthy, wonderful Thanksgiving.

You are blessed Art and I hope you know that your enthusiasm and love for your fellow humans rubs off in so many ways. Your students are lucky to experience the presence of a true teacher. I know my few minutes on a park bench with you changed my outlook and bring a smile to my face when I think about it. I'm 55! Dang, you must be great with kids.
If I'd had one teacher like you perhaps I'd be teaching now.
I am very, very thankful to those that bring us together in forums and Moodlemoots the world-over. Thanks for the doers of this community, you know who you are.
Even though Thanksgiving is not a holiday in Germany, I would like to wish all American Moodlers a very happy holiday.
I, too, have lots a reasons to feel blessed - and so have my students. Art, they had such a wonderful time in Aiken and we are forever grateful that you made it possible.
We would also like to say thanks to the doers of the community for their time and effort to continuously improve Moodle - it has made our school a much nicer place.
