I have chosen Finnish language and Finland to my country and fi_FI Locale. Still weekdays and months are in english. I use Moodle 1.0.8.1 and PHP 4.1.2. and Apache and Linux. Could i be something in server settings?

It's the locale (it's machine dependent). Try some of these:

I have studied this locale case. My own programming server, which is not connected anywhere shows weeks and months in finnish. That real server which is open to the surfers doesn't. I'm going to reinstall everything now.
